and one more thing .. from what u have written it's clear that u regret that sin .. that is the first step of forgivness .. pray to him .. he created u .. u owe him that! just reacout to him .. he wown't let u down
Know this, dear one. "Cast ALL YOUR CARES on HIM, for HE cares for YOU." 1 Peter 5:7
Only God is truly capable of knowing what lurks in the hearts and minds of men. If we truly knew the depths of our own evils, it would be too much for us to handle. He will never give us more than we can deal with which is why, I'm sure, we will not, in this life, know our own capabilities in truth. Those that do are far too insane to realize what they're doing in full. It seems normal to them and they see no wrong in it. But, again, only He is able and justified in knowing and JUDGING our hearts and minds. Judge not, lest ye be judged. Always remember this as well. Before you remove the speck from your neighbor's eye, remove the plank from your own. God be with you, dearest.

sit with your self
and read Quran
believe in it!
and you will see a good result
